These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RxRelay Health website and prescription refill support service. By using the website or enrolling in RxRelay Health services, you agree to these Terms.
RxRelay Health provides prescription refill support for enrolled clients, including patients and authorized caregivers. Services may include refill reminders, refill confirmation requests, refill coordination support when authorized, refill submission notices, refill status updates when available, and service-related customer care communications.
RxRelay Health is not an emergency service and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, medication changes, prescribing decisions, or clinical treatment. For emergencies, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. Prescription and treatment decisions remain between you, your prescriber, and your pharmacy.
You are responsible for providing accurate enrollment information, including contact details, pharmacy information, prescription refill-related information, and caregiver authorization where applicable. RxRelay Health may only request refill support or communicate with a pharmacy when authorized by the enrolled client or an authorized caregiver.
RxRelay Health does not control pharmacy operations, prescriber approvals, insurance coverage, medication availability, pharmacy hours, or whether a refill can be completed. RxRelay Health may use technology, communications, website, hosting, and messaging providers to operate the service.
If you opt in to SMS messages, you agree to receive service-related customer care text messages from RxRelay Health. SMS messaging is governed by the RxRelay Health SMS Terms and Conditions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.
Your use of RxRelay Health is also governed by the RxRelay Health Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information, mobile numbers, and SMS consent are handled.
You agree not to misuse the website or service, submit false information, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use RxRelay Health for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing messages, contacting your pharmacy or prescriber when needed, and seeking medical care when appropriate.
RxRelay Health may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or service at any time. The service may not always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RxRelay Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for issues caused by pharmacy delays, prescriber decisions, insurance coverage, medication shortages, inaccurate information provided by users, network failures, carrier delays, or third-party service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
