How it works

Routine refill requests, handled through simple text-message support.

With the right medication profile setup, RxRelay Health can track refill timing, contact your pharmacy, request eligible refills on your behalf, and text you when expected pickup information is available.

For patients and caregivers

Refill help before you are already behind.

RxRelay Health is designed for people who want routine refill requests handled with less calling, less tracking, and fewer loose ends.

  1. You enroll and give consent.
You provide your mobile number, pharmacy information, medication profile details, and consent to receive service-related text messages.
  2. RxRelay tracks refill timing.
With the right profile setup, RxRelay watches routine refill timing instead of relying on you to remember every refill date.
  3. RxRelay requests eligible refills.
When authorized, RxRelay contacts your pharmacy and requests eligible routine refills on your behalf. You can also choose reminder-only support and tell us by text which medications you want requested.
  4. RxRelay follows up and texts updates.
RxRelay may send refill submission notices, renewal-request updates when refills run out, and expected pickup timing when available. Your pharmacy remains the final source for dispensing, counseling, insurance, and prescription status.

What RxRelay Health does

We track routine refill timing, contact your pharmacy when authorized, request eligible refills, help with renewal requests when refills run out, and send service updates by text.

What RxRelay Health does not do

We do not prescribe, dispense, adjudicate claims, make clinical decisions, replace the pharmacy, or provide emergency medical advice.

What it feels like

Refill support without a new app or portal.

You receive plain text messages, choose automatic or reminder-only support, and keep your normal pharmacy relationship.

  1. No app download.
RxRelay works by SMS, so you do not need another login to manage routine refill support.
  2. Automatic or reminder-only options.
You can authorize eligible routine refill requests in advance, or choose text reminders and decide which medications you want us to request for you.
  3. Caregiver-friendly updates.
An authorized caregiver can be included when appropriate so refill activity is easier to track.
  4. Your pharmacy stays in control.
Your pharmacy still handles dispensing, counseling, insurance, and final refill status.

Important boundaries

Pharmacy care stays with the pharmacy.

RxRelay Health is a support layer for routine refill communication and pharmacy follow-up. It is not an emergency service, pharmacy, prescriber, insurance processor, or clinical decision-maker.
